Now, on its 10-year anniversary, we’re reintroducing one of our most celebrated seasonal releases: 2025 Tropical Vernal Gin / 2015 Redux. Originally crafted in 2015 as a tribute to our friend Paul McGee and his spearheading the modern tropical movement, this gin is both rambunctious and refined. Bursting with pineapple, papaya, and toasted coconut, it gives vanilla, pink peppercorn, and peeled rambutan, and unfolds hints of ripe persimmon and sunchoke - all carried by some classic Letherbee botanicals. The perfect fit for a Daiquiri, Julep, Piña Colada, or Florid Martini, or as a white rum alternative in your favorite tropical cocktails. And yes, it makes an unforgettable Gin & Tonic.
